Items that arrive used, installed, incomplete, repackaged improperly, or damaged in return transit will be refused and\/or sent back at the customer\u2019s expense.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1115\">2) RMA Required, Returns Without Authorization Are Not Accepted<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1199\">All returns require a <strong data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1181\">Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)<\/strong> issued by Nestie.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1356\">\n<li data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1268\">\n<p data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1268\">Do <strong data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1213\">not<\/strong> send items back without receiving an RMA in writing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1356\">\n<p data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1356\">Unauthorized returns may be rejected, returned to sender, or held pending resolution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1551\">To request an RMA, contact Nestie Support with your order number and reason for return:<br data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1448\" \/><strong data-start=\"1448\" data-end=\"1458\">Email:<\/strong> <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1477\">support@nestie.com<\/a><br data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1503\" \/><strong data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1513\">Phone:<\/strong> (416) 819-9998<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1634\">Return addresses vary by product and warehouse and will be provided with the RMA.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1701\">3) Return Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Packaging Standards<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1870\"><strong data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1755\">Return shipping is the customer\u2019s responsibility<\/strong> unless the return is due to a confirmed Nestie error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a verified damage\/defect claim.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"2142\">\n<li data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1930\">\n<p data-start=\"1874\" data-end=\"1930\">Returns must be shipped using a <strong data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1927\">trackable service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"2022\">\n<p data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"2022\">Nestie strongly recommends <strong data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"1973\">insurance<\/strong> on all returns, particularly high-value items.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2023\" data-end=\"2142\">\n<p data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2142\">The customer is responsible for the item until it is received and signed for by Nestie (or our authorized warehouse).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2144\" data-end=\"2318\">Items must be packaged to prevent damage in transit. If an item is returned in non-original packaging or insufficient packaging, and damage occurs, the return will be denied.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2325\" data-end=\"2400\">4) Freight, Oversized, and Curbside Deliveries \u2014 Inspection Is Mandatory<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2402\" data-end=\"2491\">For freight\/oversized deliveries, the customer is responsible for inspection at delivery.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2821\">\n<li data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2565\">\n<p data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2565\">Inspect the outer packaging <strong data-start=\"2523\" data-end=\"2541\">before signing<\/strong> the delivery receipt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2566\" data-end=\"2679\">\n<p data-start=\"2568\" data-end=\"2679\">If there is visible damage, you must <strong data-start=\"2605\" data-end=\"2640\">note it on the delivery receipt<\/strong> and take photos <strong data-start=\"2657\" data-end=\"2676\">before unboxing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2680\" data-end=\"2821\">\n<p data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"2821\">If damage is discovered after delivery, you must notify Nestie immediately with clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2823\" data-end=\"2948\">Failure to inspect or to document damage at delivery may result in the claim being denied by the carrier and\/or manufacturer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2823\" data-end=\"2948\">For more information on shipping and delivery read our <a href=\"https:\/\/nestie.com\/en-ca\/shipping-policy\/\">shipping policy.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2955\" data-end=\"2993\">5) Refunds and Processing Timelines<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2995\" data-end=\"3120\">Once an approved return is received, it will be inspected. Nestie is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3493\" data-end=\"3522\"><strong data-start=\"3493\" data-end=\"3520\">Non-refundable charges:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3523\" data-end=\"3726\">\n<li data-start=\"3523\" data-end=\"3726\">\n<p data-start=\"3525\" data-end=\"3726\">Original shipping fees, delivery surcharges, expedited shipping, white-glove services, and handling fees are <strong data-start=\"3634\" data-end=\"3652\">non-refundable<\/strong>, unless required by law or the return is due to a confirmed Nestie error.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"3733\" data-end=\"3754\">6) Restocking Fees<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3756\" data-end=\"3870\">Unless the return is due to a confirmed Nestie error, returns may be subject to a <strong data-start=\"3838\" data-end=\"3869\">restocking fee of up to 35%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3872\" data-end=\"4096\">Restocking fees may apply due to inspection, repackaging, warehouse handling, and manufacturer return charges. For freight and oversized items, restocking fees are common and may be higher due to carrier and warehouse costs.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4103\" data-end=\"4118\">7) Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4120\" data-end=\"4218\">Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to product availability and manufacturer constraints.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4220\" data-end=\"4247\">If an exchange is approved:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4248\" data-end=\"4407\">\n<li data-start=\"4248\" data-end=\"4307\">\n<p data-start=\"4250\" data-end=\"4307\">The original item must satisfy all return data-end=\"4890\">special order, custom, or made-to-order<\/strong> (where stated on the product page or order confirmation)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4950\" data-end=\"5004\">\n<p data-start=\"4952\" data-end=\"5004\">Any item returned outside the 14-day return window<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5006\" data-end=\"5088\">Nestie reserves the right to determine data-start=\"5351\" data-end=\"5395\">Photos of the packaging and shipping label<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5397\" data-end=\"5592\">Nestie will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, exchange, repair, or refund, depending on manufacturer policies and stock availability.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"5599\" data-end=\"5613\">10)
