The BSTRD Pro Heat Shield Large is a two piece accessory designed to support more consistent indirect cooking inside BSTRD Large kamado grills. By adding a protective barrier between the fire and the cooking area, it helps stabilize temperatures and promote even heat distribution for slow smoking, roasting, and longer cooks. Cast iron construction is built to handle high heat sessions while maintaining durability for regular outdoor use.
