How We Handle Recalls

When a manufacturer or safety authority issues a recall or safety alert related to a product we sell, Nestie will:

  1. Review the notice and confirm the affected products, batch numbers, and markets.

  2. Notify affected customers, where possible, using the contact information associated with their order.
