Dimplex Ignite Bold Built-in 60″ Linear Electric Fireplace (XLF6017-XD)

Dimplex Ignite Bold Built-in 60″ Linear Electric Fireplace (model XLF6017-XD) is a bold, modern linear electric fireplace built for both indoor and outdoor installations, giving you a dramatic flame centerpiece with flexible configuration and optional supplemental heat. It is designed to install four ways in one unit: front-facing, left corner, right corner, or bay-style. You simply remove the side panels to match your layout, which makes it easy to design around feature walls, media walls, and entertaining spaces.

Ignite Bold uses Dimplex Multi-Fire flame technology for vivid, layered flame depth, paired with extensive personalization for flame and ember-bed colors plus adjustable flame speeds. It includes multiple control options: the Flame Connect app for full customization from your phone, plus a remote control and a hidden control panel for clean, on-unit operation.

For comfort, the Comfort$aver ceramic heater provides on-demand supplemental warmth for spaces up to 1,000 sq. ft., with the option to turn heat off and enjoy flames year-round. It can deliver up to about 8,530 BTU when hardwired to 240V (when supported by the installation). For outdoor installs, overhead protection is required, and warranty coverage is listed as 5-year limited for indoor installations and 1-year limited for outdoor installations.
