Its spacious 35.5″ x 16″ cooking surface fits up to three 11-inch pizzas, each baked in under two minutes. At the heart of the oven is a Volcano Stone Cooking Tile, naturally sourced from Italy’s volcanic regions. This premium baking stone retains high heat and features low porosity to reduce sticking and create a perfectly crisp crust.
