Dimplex Optimyst RGB Cassette 20″ Built-in Water Vapor Fireplace (CDFI500-PRO-RGB)

Elevate your space with the Dimplex Optimyst RGB Cassette 20″, a revolutionary fireplace insert that combines cutting-edge water vapor technology with breathtaking realism and unmatched design flexibility. Perfect for residential or commercial installations, this vent-free cassette brings a new level of customization and visual impact to modern interiors.

The patented Optimyst technology produces cool-to-the-touch, lifelike flames using ultra-fine water vapor illuminated by LED lights—safe to enjoy from any angle and ideal for homes with children or pets. The cassette can be installed in see-through walls, three-sided units, open-concept layouts, or even linked with other cassettes for a dramatic custom-length fireplace.

Now enhanced with 5 flame color options—natural orange, blue, violet, red, and aquamarine—the Optimyst Cassette offers complete control via the Flame Connect App or the included Bluetooth remote. You can adjust flame color, brightness, flame width, crackling sound effects, and even save your favorite “moods” for different occasions.

Additional design flexibility comes from the customizable ember tray (ember bed media not included) and compatibility with an optional glowing log set (sold separately). Built-in spacers and slots allow for fine-tuning of flame pattern and width, while an optional plumbed water supply kit supports continuous operation without refilling.
